Data collected
When you send a booking request, we collect only the form data: name, email address, phone number, requested date and time, pick-up and drop-off addresses, flight number where applicable, number of passengers and bags, presence of a child under ten, and your optional message. For a business request: company name, registration number if provided, contact person, job title, profile, estimated volume, usual routes and message. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used to process your request, to reply to you and, if accepted, to perform the service and to issue the booking confirmation, the invoice and the accounting records. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR), then compliance with the provider's legal obligations for accounting records.
Recipients
The data is intended for the driver alone, Eric Salleron, who receives it by email in his mailbox. The site is hosted by Hostinger in the European Union. No data is sold or passed on for advertising purposes.
Retention periods
A request that does not lead to a booking is kept for at most twelve months in the driver's mailbox, then deleted. Data relating to a completed ride is kept for ten years with the accounting records, in accordance with the French Commercial Code. The site keeps no form data on the server: only a technical log without personal data is kept, in which the IP address appears only in hashed form, to limit abuse.
Cookies and trackers
The site uses no third-party cookies, no audience measurement tool and no advertising tracker. The request form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), in invisible mode: on submission, Cloudflare analyses technical signals from the browser to distinguish a visitor from a bot, without tracking cookies or collection for advertising purposes, under the conditions of the Turnstile privacy addendum. No consent banner is therefore required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. To exercise them, write to contact@azurvipservices.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, cnil.fr.
