Before you book
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price shown on the route page is the all-inclusive price of the ride, tolls included. The only option is the airport pick-up at Nice, at €30, which you tick or not. There is no night surcharge and no luggage supplement.
Can I book for tomorrow?
Requests sent through the form are handled within 48 hours. For a ride in less than 48 hours, send a text message to +33 7 66 09 24 47: the pick-up is only possible if I confirm my availability in writing.
How does the airport welcome work?
I wait for you in the arrivals hall, terminal 1 or 2 depending on your flight, with a board bearing your name. I track your flight in real time: if the plane is late, I adapt. Up to 45 minutes of waiting are included after the actual landing time.
I am travelling with a child, what should I plan?
For a child under 10, an approved child seat is compulsory in a private-hire vehicle. I do not provide one: bring your own. Without a seat, I cannot take the ride.
A ride in less than 48 hours?
Text message preferred: I reply as soon as possible and keep everything in writing. The pick-up is only possible if I confirm my availability.
