Terms and conditions
Version of 10 September 2026. This is a courtesy translation: in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Service provider
SASU Azur VIP Services, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of 500 €, RCS Nice 952 831 196, registered office 38 Bis Boulevard Victor Hugo, 06000 Nice, France, EU VAT number FR18952831196. Private-hire vehicle operator registered in the French VTC register under number EVTC006230394. Contact: text message or phone 07 66 09 24 47, email contact@azurvipservices.fr. Hereinafter “the Driver”.
2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern any passenger transport service booked with the Driver through the website azurvipservices.fr, by email or by text message. Services are provided exclusively by advance booking, in accordance with articles L. 3120-2 et seq. of the French Transport Code. Any request implies acceptance of these terms.
3. Prices
Each route offered on the site has a fixed, all-inclusive price, set in advance and shown on the route page. The price includes tolls, the carriage of luggage up to two large suitcases and two small bags, Wi-Fi and water on board, and the carriage of small pets. The only option is the pick-up at Nice Côte d'Azur airport, charged €30 in addition to the fare, as a transport supplement. No night, Sunday or public-holiday surcharge is applied. Routes not shown on the site are the subject of a written quote.
4. Request, acceptance and formation of the contract
Sending the form or a text message constitutes a request, not a confirmation. The Driver replies in writing within 48 hours. If he accepts, he sends the customer an email serving as proof of advance booking, in accordance with the French order of 6 August 2025, together with a secure payment link. The contract is formed when the customer pays the price. Until payment is made, no ride is booked. For a ride with less than 48 hours' notice, the request is made by text message and is only possible if the Driver confirms his availability in writing.
5. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 221-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport service contracts.
6. Cancellation and changes
The customer may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed pick-up time; the price paid is then refunded in full. After that time, the ride is due in full. In case of duly justified force majeure, in particular a cancelled flight on presentation of proof from the airline, or hospitalisation, the price is refunded in full. Conversely, if the Driver cancels the ride for a reason other than force majeure, the customer is refunded in full. Any change of date, time or address is subject to the Driver's written agreement.
7. Pick-up, waiting and no-show
The Driver arrives at the agreed time and address. At the meeting point, 15 minutes of waiting are included; beyond that, if the customer is absent and has given no news, the ride is considered a no-show and remains due. At Nice Côte d'Azur airport, with the pick-up option, the Driver tracks the flight in real time and welcomes the customer in the arrivals hall with a board bearing his or her name; 45 minutes of waiting after the actual landing time are included. Beyond 45 minutes, the booking lapses and the ride remains due; the customer may contact the Driver by text message for a new pick-up, subject to availability and at the price agreed at that time.
8. Capacity and conditions of carriage
The vehicle is a Tesla Model 3 carrying a maximum of three passengers and two large suitcases plus two small bags. The vehicle is not equipped for passengers with reduced mobility. Small pets are accepted. For any child under ten, an approved child restraint is compulsory; it is not provided by the Driver and must be brought by the customer. Failing that, the pick-up is refused and the ride remains due. The Driver may refuse to carry any person whose condition or behaviour would endanger safety or the integrity of the vehicle.
9. Payment and invoice
Payment is made online, through the secure link sent in the acceptance email. A receipt or invoice is given to the customer at the end of the ride, as required by the regulations applicable to private passenger transport.
10. Liability
The Driver is covered by professional civil liability insurance for the carriage of passengers for hire taken out with Allianz. He cannot be held liable for delays or impossibility of performance resulting from circumstances beyond his control, such as exceptional traffic conditions, bad weather, road closures or administrative decisions.
11. Personal data
The data provided with a request is processed under the conditions described in the privacy policy.
12. Mediation and disputes
In case of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the Driver first by email. Failing an amicable solution within one month, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the Driver belongs: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, cm2c.net, phone 01 89 47 00 14. These terms are governed by French law.
